How adoption works

Browse and shortlist
Meet adoptable pets at our facility or check recent arrivals on our Facebook page. Write down the ones who catch your eye.

Fill out the application
A short application helps us understand your home, schedule, and other pets. We do not reject for renting, apartments, or first-time adopters.

Meet and greet
We schedule a time for you and any family members (human and animal) to spend time with the pet you are interested in. No pressure. If it is not the right match, we keep looking.

Adoption day
Sign paperwork, complete the adoption fee, and take home a pet who is vaccinated, microchipped, and spayed or neutered. We send you home with starter food and a follow-up plan.
Pets currently in our care
Our adoptable list changes daily as new pets arrive and others go home. The most current list lives on Facebook. Our facility is open seven days a week for walk-ins; we recommend calling ahead if there is a specific pet you want to meet.
